The House
Villa Pepi is an apartment house situated on the sunny island of Hvar, Croatia. Just a few steps away from the sea, with wide terraces opening to reveal a majestic view of the neighboring Pakleni Islands, Villa Pepi is an experience of the Adriatic that will stay with you forever. The house is run by the Bodlovic family, who have managed it for more than 50 years.
Situated on the main sea-side promenade between the Hvar city centre and the Pokonji Dol beach, the villa boasts a full view of the island’s coast line. Every apartment features a large, sea-facing terrace – the perfect setting for a relaxed dinner with friends or loved ones.
Our bedrooms are spacious and airy, with double doors opening wide to reveal the sunny Adriatic. There are 5 self-catered apartments, ranging from double bedroom apartments on the first floor to apartments accommodating larger groups on the second floor.
Hvar city centre is a mere 15-20 minute walk along the sea-side promenade or a 10 minute car ride. The nearest supermarket, as well as the nearest restaurant, is 10 minutes away on foot. We’d be delighted to welcome your pets, furry companions deserve a vacation too!
The villa also provides the following amenities, included in the price: WiFi, satellite TV, air conditioning, parking, bed linen, towels, sun loungers, sea approach steps carved into the natural rock below the house (across the road).

What are the check in and check out times?
We'd prefer you to arrive anytime after 2pm on the day of your arrival and check out before 10am on the day of your departure, but we are always happy to arrange it with you, get in touch.
Do you provide bed linen and towels?
We do.
Is there WiFi?
There is WiFi available throughout the house, and it's included free of charge in your stay. We have recently joined the Starlink programme so we're pleased to offer our guests a fast internet service.
Can I bring my pet?
Yes, absolutely! Please tell us about it when you book, though, so we can make sure they're safe and comfortable during their stay. We don't charge any additional fees for pets.
How far is the nearest beach?
The house sits directly above a natural rocky beach, which can be accessed via stone steps carved into the rock. If you prefer a pebbled beach, there are two within a 10 minute walk from us.
How far is the nearest supermarket?
The nearest supermarket is Studenac in the nearby Krizna Luka (Krizna Port), a 10 minute walk from the Villa.
How far to the Hvar city centre?
The city centre is a leisurely 20 minute walk along the sea promenade.
I'm arriving by car, where can I park?
There is free parking reserved for our guests available in front of the house.
